About Us

Hi, I’m Lucy — an online fitness coach who specialises in helping ADHD and AuDHD women lose weight without feeling like they have to fight their own brain.

Also a massive Disney fan, croissant lover, and candle addict.

But long before I coached other women through this… I was living it.

For years, food took up an exhausting amount of mental space. I swung between restriction and binge eating, trying to be “perfect” on the outside while feeling completely out of control behind the scenes. I built strict routines, chased discipline, and convinced myself that if I could just try harder, be stricter, or stay more consistent… everything would finally click.

It never did.

Every time I lost weight and gained it back, I assumed I was the problem. That I lacked willpower. That something about me just didn’t work the way it should.

Everything changed when I started understanding my ADHD brain.

Suddenly the food noise made sense. The burnout made sense. The all-or-nothing cycles weren’t personal failures — they were a nervous system trying to survive in systems that were never built for it.

Learning how my brain actually worked didn’t just change my approach to weight loss… it changed my entire life.

I stopped forcing myself into routines that looked good on paper but left me exhausted.

I stopped chasing perfection and started building structure that supported my energy instead of draining it.

And for the first time, consistency didn’t feel fragile.

The urgency around food began to quiet. Cravings felt manageable instead of overpowering. My body started responding to my effort in a way it never had before — not because I was trying harder, but because I was finally working with myself instead of against myself.

That experience completely reshaped how I coach.
