A 5-day breakthrough designed for neurodivergent women to stop food noise and find peace with eating — through understanding and working with your beautifully wired brain

No more constant, exhausting thoughts about food. No more mental ping-pong between "I'll be good today" and "I've ruined it now." You'll finally have simple, neurodivergent-friendly tools that reduce the noise and decision fatigue around food — so your brain can focus on living life to its full potential.
You'll understand why food takes up so much headspace — and it's not because you lack discipline. It's dopamine-seeking, sensory needs, and burnout talking. Your brain processes reward, structure, and emotion differently. This method teaches you to work with your wiring, not fight against it.
You'll learn how to handle the "all-or-nothing" urges that come from sensory seeking, impulsivity, and emotional overload — without trying to rely on willpower. You'll have tools to regulate your nervous system first, so food no longer feels like your only source of comfort or stimulation.
Imagine eating a meal without guilt, panic, or the mental spiral of "I'll start again Monday." No more masking, over-analyzing, or perfectionist pressure. You'll feel calm and grounded before, during, and after eating — something your nervous system will thank you for.
If you've ever hyper-focused on MyFitnessPal or burned out tracking macros, this will be a breath of fresh air. You'll learn flexible frameworks that make sense for an ND brain — simple structure without the overwhelm, freedom without the chaos.
Because when the food noise quiets, everything else gets easier. You'll build routines that stick because they fit your wiring — not someone else's. Sustainable fat loss, stable energy, and confidence that doesn't depend on control. The true freedom you've been craving.

Is done with the food obsession loop — the rules, the guilt, the constant second-guessing.
Is over waking up anxious about what to eat, planning meals three steps ahead, and spiraling if things don’t go perfectly.
Finds food takes up way too much brain space.
Feels like every decision around food is a mental Rubik’s Cube — and wonders why no one else seems to struggle like this.
Has tried tracking, plans, and "just be consistent"... but nothing sticks.
Your brain just works differently — and you're ready for something that
finally respects that.
You're not here to dabble. You're all in on finding peace with food and your
body — for real this time.

Another restrictive plan you hyperfocus on, then burn out with.
Another “magic” meal plan that promises quick results but doesn’t fix the deeper issue. You’re done with quick fixes that leave you hungry, frustrated, and back to square one.
More trial and error that leaves you restarting every Monday — perfect for a few days, then crashing and blaming yourself. It’s exhausting.
A calm, clear, ADHD-friendly way to eat — one that actually fits your brain.
A method that goes deeper than “just be consistent” and finally quiets the food noise.
A solution that tackles the root causes of your food obsession, not just the symptoms. You’re ready for peace — and lasting results.
I believed if I could just get it right, the noise in my head
around food would finally quiet down. But no matter what I
tried — the rules, the restriction, the starting over again (and again) — nothing gave me peace.
The cravings, the guilt, the obsessing… it always came back. And when it did, I blamed myself. I thought I lacked discipline. That I
just needed more willpower.
My ADHD brain wasn't the problem — it just worked differently. The constant food noise? That was dopamine-seeking. The "I'll start again Monday" cycle? That was perfectionism and executive dysfunction.
Once I started working with my wiring instead of against it, everything shifted. The food noise began to fade. And the
freedom that came with that? It changed everything.
I've helped hundreds of neurodivergent women do the same
— because you deserve peace, too.

I've been following Lucy for a while now, and when I saw about the food freedom fix, I knew it was for me. I have been struggling with food for well over a year, trying to lose weight but kept self sabotaging myself. 4 days into the food freedom fix and my mindset has shifted. I've finally lost weight this week too. I have even signed up for the LYL METHOD, which was a no brainer if I can feel this different in 4 days. The knowledge and tools Lucy has are amazing. She has been through the struggles and is passionate to help, which goes a long way!!
I have very much enjoyed this programme. The structure has allowed me to block the time out in my day to focus on each call – I really liked the set up of having the call and then being set some "homework" in the way of implementation tasks based on content of the call. The implementation tasks have allowed me to dig deep and really think about my own food rules and how to challenge those ingrained behaviours! Lucy is also incredibly knowledgeable and gets the info over in a way that is so simple and makes a lot of sense!! And it's just been really good to share the space with others who are on a similar journey.
I first found out about Lucy Cooke from following one of her clients on instagram. From the beginning Lucy has been so friendly and made me feel supported and seen that I haven't gotten from doing some of the diets out there. This programme has really opened my eyes on the way I perceive food in general and also how i can help myself in changing my mindset but still have food that I have restricted before. I can't wait to see the results of my mindset change for the better. So thank you Lucy and Leanne for creating this programme and sharing it with the rest of us!
I'd been following Lucy for a little while after coming across her page on Instagram. I've previously taken part in a coaching programme for weight loss & had done well but slipped back into old habits. When the opportunity came up to join the food freedom fix course I jumped at the chance to join. Doing this course has helped me start to quiet the food noise. I've learned how to loosen/let go of the "rules" that I've applied to food, relabel food for what it is rather than "good" or "bad" & to not punish myself if I go "off plan". The information and support Lucy has given during this course has been amazing, they both have a passion for helping people to overcome the noise, rewrite their rules and move towards their goals.
I have struggled with my weight since I was about 10 years old. I have had short term successes with weight loss over the years, but nothing that lasted – keeping me in the loop of temporary success and ultimately failure, which led to feeling hopeless and ashamed. Since working with Lucy Cooke, I have gained countless insights which have not only helped me understand my emotional and behavioural patterns with food, but given me the knowledge and tools I needed to remove these barriers moving forward.
This has been the best decision I have made about food and nutrition, the way the programme is set up with calls, a support group and the daily tasks, works so well to make you sit and really think about the underlying and inner work that is needed to make the change, but somehow Lucy has made it feel effortless and like it just all makes sense without making me feel silly or a failure.
I have followed Lucy Cooke for a while now and found her posts all really insightful and helpful! Joining the food freedom fix I've learnt so much all the ingrained habits I have, how I need to be more mindful of my eating and also what am eating. I am a very emotional eater however the tips I've learnt around this from this course are really helpful.
I've followed Lucy for a while and what she talked about always really resonated with me. This week has been enlightening for me! It has really helped me understand the reason why I over eat, but not only that, it has given me realistic, practical tools to use to keep moving forward. I feel so ready to implement the things I have learnt.
