    Before i joined lift your life, i was in between dieting myself with no knowledge, slimming world and going on and off the gym in a cycle which i never saw results from.     Lucy has been an amazing coach and has proved to me that I don't need to fixate on the scale to really make progress. Previous PTs have wanted me to lose a certain amount of weight each week and put me on a miserable, restrictive diet which was not sustainable long term.

    Although I have lost some weight, the more impressive changes are that I'm down a dress size, looking leaner, I'm getting stronger each week and feel so much better about myself.
