I'm Lucy, the proud founder of Lift Your Life Coaching. My passion revolves around empowering as many women as possible to achieve their fitness, improve their relationship with food, and reach their physique goals—all in the healthiest and most sustainable way imaginable.

My Why

When I say I've walked in your shoes, I genuinely mean it. Over the past decade, I've faced my own battles, ranging from Anorexia to grappling with severe emotional eating.

I've transitioned from being a total gym novice to embracing the relentless "no days off" bodybuilder lifestyle. I've experienced hiding my body in oversized clothes and obsessively checking for abs multiple times a day.

Through it all, I've navigated the highs and lows, allowing me to truly understand the emotional rollercoaster. The journey from extreme practices at both ends of the scale to finding peace with my body has been transformative and liberating. Having personally triumphed over these challenges, I've channeled my experiences to help hundreds of women.

My goal is to guide them towards weight loss, foster a healthier relationship with food, and eliminate the need for extreme measures to achieve incredible results.

Laura

Coach

Hey, I’m Laura! I’m a lifestyle coach at Lift Your Life Coaching. I’m a qualified L2 Gym Instructor, L3 Personal Trainer & I’m also certified in Breaking Binge Eating.

I primarily work with women looking to drop body fat, improve their health and build confidence. Another huge passion of mine is also helping women looking to build muscle, get STRONG in the gym and really level up their training

I haven’t always been into health and fitness. Throughout my teenage years & early 20s I was overweight. I labelled myself the “fat friend”, I never felt comfortable or happy within myself. I tried so many fad diets which were extremely unsustainable and I never managed to get to where I wanted to be.

People always ask, “What makes you a good coach?” And my answer is this…

I have been where you are - I know what it’s like to put on a brave face and pretend to be happy. I know what it’s like to have no self confidence and to feel like you’re never going to get to where you want to be.

But I’m here to tell you that you can do anything you set your mind to, sometimes all you need is the support and guidance, which is where I come in. I’m here to help you finally prioritise YOU and get to a place where you are truly happy.

Hey! I'm Leanne, a lifestyle coach here at Lift Your Life Coaching. 

I have a huge passion to help women struggling with their confidence (in day to day life and on the gym floor), their body image, their food relationship and their feelings of self worth. You may be thinking why? What sets you apart from all the other coaches out there? 

Because I've been where you are! 

I spent my twenties struggling with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety and depression. I know what it's like to be so obsessed with numbers - whether calories in food or the number on the scale.
I missed out on relationships and social occasions because I didn't want to eat in front of people, didn't want to eat something I couldn't control, didn't want to leave the house and be seen by other people. I spent years not allowing myself certain foods, living by self imposed food rules and spending every waking moment thinking about what I'm going to eat and when. I know how it feels to hate what you see in the mirror, to feel hopeless and lost. And I know what it's like to want to move your body but being too scared to go to the gym, to want to change but not know where to start. 

And now? Now I have a healthy relationship with food - I feel in control for the first time in my life.  I eat a balanced and varied diet (though I still can't cook!) and I don't restrict any types of food. I exercise regularly not as punishment or to change the way I look, but because it makes me feel good and because I want to be strong and healthy. I don't say no to meals out, to social events or to new opportunities.

I lost an entire decade of my life, but now I'm finally living. 

And if I can do it, so can you!

We know how it feels, to feel like your life revolves around food. We get the frustration of trying diet after diet and nothing working.

But we know things can be different. And thats why we are here.

    Lucy has been an amazing coach and has proved to me that I don't need to fixate on the scale to really make progress. Previous PTs have wanted me to lose a certain amount of weight each week and put me on a miserable, restrictive diet which was not sustainable long term.

    Although I have lost some weight, the more impressive changes are that I'm down a dress size, looking leaner, I'm getting stronger each week and feel so much better about myself. All this while enjoying delicious food and not feeling restricted or like I'm on a diet. Lucy has helped me make the lifestyle changes I need to make all this sustainable.
